Caesar dressing is probably in my top 5 favorite condiments. That is so strange to admit, but if you know me, I put sauce on everything. Do you have go-to condiments that you cannot live without? I am partial to Arby’s sauce and Chick-fil-a sauce, but who am I kidding? The creamier the dressing the better.

I was pleasantly surprised I was able to make a restaurant quality Caesar dressing from home. I had no idea how easy it would be. Equipment

  • Immersion blender

Ingredients

  • 1 egg yolk
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp lemon zest/lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp anchovy paste
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Emulsify all ingredients with an immersion blender until smooth and blended.
